After a 3days long from Milan (italy) crossing Slovenia and Austria --- my F650GS twin dead during the night, near Brno.
Now she/it is in services here in BRNO and they discovered that the problem is related to the Alternator / stator that is unable to charge the battery.
the official price in BMW is >21000CZK because they have to change everything (stator/rotor/flywheel and so on...) and obviously they offer then 2ys+ warranty.
in my opinion 21000czk for this spare part can make the BMW's stator the most expensive set of Magnets + Wires of the earth
You, local, do you have any other option/solution in order to let me ride again my mot.bike?
there is any aftermarket solutions in Czech Rep.? or do you know some electrician in Brno that can repair it?
